The 2008 Converse continues to redefine wave riding. The higher volume translates into an ability to run a smaller kite, which means you can ride more vertically, with more snap than imaginable a few years ago.

The kite specific construction offers significantly reinforced areas around the footstrap, top deck and fin areas to deal with the increased speed and abuse when kiting without hindering the surf ability.

MIXING FREESTYLE WITH WAVE RIDING (AND EVERYTHING BETWEEN)

The Hammer was developed from a traditional twintip with the goal of radically enhancing wave riding capabilities without losing ease-of-use. While originally conceived to be a dedicated wave riding twin tip, the Hammer also proved to be a huge stand out in very choppy conditions.

The secret to the Hammer's performance lies in the combination of a tucked-under surf rail, Spiral V bottom, and a unique outline that offers more stability on bottom turns and more snap off the top. The same features give the Hammer a supremely soft ride in chop

Airush Flow SLE 2008

The Flow combines the incredible wind range and sheeting ability of a BOW kite with the direct steering and bar simplicity of a C-Kite. This makes the Flow excellent for all levels of riding, from dedicated wave riding to freeride & freestyle.

For 2008 we reduced the bar pressure and increased the steering speed and response, using a slightly finer foil entry and angle of attack on the larger sizes. This translates into improved upwind ability and speed across the window.

The key to the DNA performance is its hybrid design which offers optimized relaunch, depower, and safety characteristics. The real innovation, however, is the absolute simplicity and unbelievable performance that makes the DNA perfect for either the first time buyer or the advanced rider looking for ultimate ease-of-use.

For 2008, bar pressure has been reduced on the bigger sizes while maintaining the focus on stability and ease of use. The new strap-adjust control bar ensures easier trim for less experienced riders.
