Note! For any single or triple occupancy, a coverage of RM50.00 per room per night will be imposed (except dorm) Duration for rental of all Equipment per day is from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Equipment returned after 6:00PM shall be charged an additional half day rate. Scuba diving equipment, namely tanks, regulator set and BCD jacket will only be rented to qualified divers after showing proof of training. Each qualified divers is entitled to rent one set of equipment only. The management reserves the right to cancel rental and withdraw equipment if untrained divers are found to use the equipment. All divers are required to sign a liability release & express assumption of risk form.

Breakfast is nor provided on the first day of arrivalChild with bed (4-12 years old) sharing room with parents at RM250 nett per child for 3 days 2 nights package without any boat dive.

Deposit is required upon confirmation and all payments made are non refundable in part or in full.

Package price above is subject to room availability and rates are Nett inclusive of all taxes.

Applicable to Malaysian, Permanent Residents in Malaysia and Singaporean only.

In the event of no show, rooms will be automatically released and deposit will be forfeited.

The company accepts no liabilities for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belongings, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

The customer are advised to insure their own insurance coverage.

Customers are also fully responsible to any damage to the resort property. Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

Entrance Fees (RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per children) to Marine Park are excludes on the package rate.

Resort is closed from November till 20 February 2006 (for maintenence and renovation of resort).

Divers are require to sign a liability release & express assumption of risk form.

Dive Master reserve the right to exclude uncertified or unfit divers from diving.

Dive master may at his discretion cancel diving activities due to unsafe condition and poor weather.

Diver are not allowed to dive within a minimum of 12 hours prior to flying.
