	For reservations and info for the lessons, please email to skydive@ballzaction.com or Phone (03) 2284-8928 to enquires for the lessons for number of student/friends is participating. Skydiving sports in Malaysia, all schedule must be approved by DCA. Skydive sport only proceed if there is a good weather. Any unforeseen circumstances or bad weather will be caused to reschedule. In the event of reschedule please read our term and condition listed below. Below are our terms, conditions and policies for skydiving course cancellations, no shows, refunds, and reschedule. Minimum one week notice of the bookings for any skydiving course. Full payment made before lesson start. Last payment date is two weeks prior to the course start date. Refund for skydiving course only if there is bad weather or unforeseen circumstances or reschedule. In the event of reschedule. A full refund shall be given to the client who calls us to cancel any course/rental (hereafter referred to as "activity" or "activities") at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. All activities shall be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled in less than the prescribed 48 hours period. All activities may be rescheduled for the same activity to another day without penalty with at least 6 hours notification. Activities scheduled outside of regular business hours (9am - 6pm) must be rescheduled before the close of business on the day before. Poor weather makes skydiving not possible and course would be resheduled. Please note that this is not cancellation and fees are not refundable. No-shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their activity for any reason. No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund. All refunds for activities shall be made within 7 days from date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed upon original receipt. Activities already taken are nonrefundable. Valid to anyone who age is 18 and above and in good health condition. BallzAction and its partners, management and its staff shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any injuries or loss or damage to students participating in the skydiving sport (Liability Release Form will be signed by participant). Insurance will not be covered from the package. Student must have their own insurance coverage. Rates subject to change without notice. Course fees does not include transportation and meals BallzAction have the right to reschedule your class due to aircraft booking, weather condition and students adsent of class. All payment must be made 2 weeks before course start to ensure your seat. Ballzaction will reply you the Confirmation slip to act as a proof of booking after received your full payment. Without confirmation slip, booking will not be valid. Please insist for Confirmation Slip if you are not received once after made your full payment. Cancellation during the class will be subjected to cancellation fees of 50% of the actual course fee. All course must be pre-booked, to ensure that a correct ratio of students is maintained and booking of aircraft is smooth. We require at least 4-6 weeks to apply from DCA. BallzAction reserves the RIGHTS to makes necessary changes without prior notice subject to space and flight availability Important: All bookings are subject to availability of aircraft & weather permitted. Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) License: Please be informed that, you will have to place a deposit of RM55.00 payable to Malaysia Parachute Federation (MPF) staff at the DZ on top of the package fee. The DCA Rules & Regulations in sport parachuting require all jumpers / skydivers have to be license before they board the aircraft. Your license deposit will be refunded, if you opt NOT to pursue skydiving as your adventurous sport.

	Payment Condition & Cancellation
	A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Balance payment to be made in 7 working days prior to departure of trip. Cash or cross cheque can be collected by Ballzaction representative or bank into BallzAction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd account at the following: Payee to: Ballzaction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd Account No.: 5141-2313-6255 Bank: Maybank Berhad Branch: Bangsar No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service. Postponement notice must be provided by BallzAction due to bad weather in which high risks is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
