We are welcome small or big group! The Rivers We take white water rafting trips to a number of rivers in Malaysia. The river rides can be as shorts as 4 hours or as long as 5 days. Here are some of the rivers we go to. For Peninsular of Malaysia rivers:

1. Slim River in Perak
2. Selangor River in Kuala Kubu Bahru
3. Kampah River in Gopeng, Perak
4. Loh River in Terengganu and
5. Singoh River in Grik, Perak

East of Malaysia rivers: 6. Kiulu River and 7. Padas River in Sabah. About the trip
Our job is to ensure that while you enjoy yourself, you are safe. Our river guides are experienced and know the river well. While we will always look for the most interesting channels through the various rapids, we are trained to keep well within safety limits and will never take unnecessary risks. To maximize your enjoyment of the river, we never rush through a run. We always include pitstops along the way to enjoy a waterfall, a particularly scenic spot or a well deserved rest to reflect on the last plunge before we go for the next. Our guides will point out interesting river features such as the flora and fauna and are always happy to share their knowledge of the river with you.

The Main Reason why we make sure all our customer Safety is Priority when they booking trip with us. The following is what we take consideration to includes all this to your White Water Rafting trip to provide you Safe and Fun at the same time:
English Speaking Trip Leader trained in Swiftwater Rescue Technician. EMT and CPR. Assisted by local guide who had been running rivers local operators for the past 12 years.
Light weight, full cut Class 3 watersport Helmet. Designed to protect the back, front of head and the ear should you fall in rocky areas or "flying paddles". We are currently using PROTEC model from USA which is widely used by commercial operators.
PFD (Personal Floatation Device). 25lb floatation device imported from USA. US CoastGuard approved with a head flap to assist on back flotation should you fall out and be unconscious. PFD are to keep you afloat after you exit the boiling point of a rapid and impact cushioning. Brand is EXTRASPORT and rated TypeIII/V
Our guides uses US Coastguard approved rescue PFD's TypeV with a flotation of 29lb which is from USA. This PFD fall under the Rescue units.
Paddles of ABS plastic with lightweight aluminium shaft with a total length of 60 inches.
Raft. 8 seater polyurethane, I-Beam stitch floor, selfbailing, 7 compartment raft. Compartments fitted with 4PSI valve. Brand SOTAR from USA and currently the most rigid raft available in the market.
Each raft carries 2 throwrope of 1/4" Spectra with a load of 2500lb strength with a max length of 70feet. This for rescue purpose. Group FirstAid will be in the Tripleader raft with is always the last raft.
A very detail safety briefing will be done before going down the river. The briefing covers the river, commands used, paddling strokes, movement in the raft and the 4 steps of Rescue (assist rescue to self rescue ). Ends with a reminder - Get wet, Have Fun BUT BE SAFE. Participants are advised to have some sort of footwear for protection. Everybody need to fill up the Assumption of release Form before rafting.

What are you Getting Yourself Into?Whitewater Rafting bestows upon each of us endless opportunities for waterborne adventure. For some boaters, rafting adventures entail peaceful camping trips. For others, first descents mark the apex of whitewater adventures. For still others, rafting ties friends and family together during lively river outings. Whichever category you fall into, whitewater rafting is an exhilarating way to travel across water.

Rafting is an endless process of learning, where experience is piled atop experience, and continuously evolving skills soon correct the misplaced strokes and ill-chosen routes of past trips. If you have any friends who have gone whitewater rafting, you've surely heard how fun this sport can be.
Do I have insurance coverage? Insurance coverage are optional and depending on river to our rafting packages that we offers. Some are already covered with insurance like Kampar river in Perak, Padas and Kiulu rivers in Sabah. Other unless customers request to cover by insurance. We need at least 3 working days to proceed your insurance application confirmation. We require your full name and IC or passport number. Please advise us 3 days advance or early for your insurance application. The rate for per person per day coverage is sum assured RM50,000.00. The coverage will based the numbers of pax required on different rivers.

Terms and Conditions
Liability:
Clients should note that an adventure trip involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the action of clients which are beyond our control. A signed release or Indemnity Form will be required from all participants from Ballzaction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd and our sports strategy partners.

Responsibility:
BallzAction and our partners reserve the right to make such alteration to departure and completion dates, reducing the extent of a trip, etc, that we deem necessary due to road, river or weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on a trip.

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential, you do not need to have prior experience. Swimming ability is recommended but not essential, many non-swimmers travel with us each year. Ballzaction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd and our partners reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running of the trip. "Pregnant women will be refused participation".

Indemnity Form:
Each participants is required to sign an indemnity form in the water rafting site before the trip commences.

Insurance:
Clients are advised to be insured. All our water rafting trip rate are excludes the insurance coverage. However, we encourage clients/participants to be insured. The particular we required from participants to submit is full name as in identity card, IC or Passport number. Maximum age limit is 60 years old and in good healthy with medical proof. Insurance can be provided at an extra cost on request.

Payment Condition:
  1. Deposit 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, 20% of the deposit will be forfeited. Balance payment to be made in 7 working days prior to departure of trip or every Thursday before 5pm as the cut off date for any booking.
  2. Payment should be by cash or cross cheque to Ballzaction bank account.
  3. No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service without informing Ballzaction in advance with minimum 48 hours before the trip.
  4. Postponement notice must be provided by BallzAction or our sport partner due to bad weather or high water in which high risks is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
  5. Postponement notice from participants must be provided by fax or in writing within 2 working days prior to departure for day trip and 14 working days for multiple days trip to qualifiy for an alternative date. Maximum to one time postpone notice allowed from customers/participants. Insurance payment is non-refundable or transferable. Full refund will be entertained to participant who agreed and bound to our terms and conditions.
  6. Once payment made. Participants will received a Confirmation Letter from Ballzaction. Only booking with confirmation letter consider as VALID booking (Please insist of Confirmation letter once you made the payment).
Guest must forward a written notice within the following period:

14 (Fourteen) days prior to arrival: Full Refund
7 (Seven) days prior to arrival: Charge 20% from total package amount
2 (Two) days: Non Refundable
Insurance payment is non-refundable.
No show or UN-USED Service, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed.
Guest may have option to change current reserved schedule to other convenience date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or inadvisable to raft, we ('Ballzaction Sportsmart') and our partners reserve the right to change to another river or cancel the tour to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, agreed by both parties. Full refund will be made against 'Ballzaction Sportsmart' to our clients who can't proceed to the next schedule for rafting.
