Perak : Lata Kinjang Waterfall + Sungai Klah Hot Spring Tour

Package DescriptionLata Kinjang majestic waterfall is visible from the North-South expressway, after passing Tapah toll exit which is about 18km away. The breathtaking multi-tiered waterfall cascade 850 meters down the side of a mountain is indeed a spectacular sight. The area is also to several areas inhabited by the Orang Asli, the aborigines of peninsular of Malaysia.

It will take approximately 1 hour to reach Lata Kinjang waterfall from the lodge area where you will overnight. Along the way, we will see rubber trees plantation, fruits farm, Malay traditional houses village and also the aborigines.

Upon arrival to the waterfall, we are able to see clearly the water flowing downstream and you can feel the cool breeze touching your skin and smell the freshness of air.

There is so much things to do in the waterfall area, you may go sliding down as high as 3 meters or take a bath in the natural pool or go beneath the waterfall and feel the strong current. After having soaking fun in the waterfall, it is time to move on to Klah Hot Spring that will take approximately 1 and a half hour drive.

Upon arrival at the hot spring lunch will be served. You will taste the traditional curry cooked by the locals here and then you will have your own free time to go for swim in a pond, get free foot massage by walking through a short track of small stones arranged specifically to give you massages or for the Jacuzzi.

As soon as you are ready to go back, it will take 1 and a half hour drive to get back to Gopeng Town using the North-South highway.

ITINENARY for Lata Kinjang Waterfall & Hot Sping Tour

0930 hrs	Pick up from Gopeng Town. Depart to Lata Kinjang. The journey takes around 1 ½ hour. You will arrive at an Orang Asli settlement called Kampung Kinjang before reaching the waterfall.
1100 hrs	Arrive at Lata Kinjang. You may go sliding down as high as 3 meterts or take a bath in the natural pool.
1200 hrs	After having fun at Lata Kinjang, departure to Trolak Country Resort for lunch.
1300 hrs	Departure to Sg. Klah Hot Spring. Here, you will have your own free time to go for swimming in a pond, get free foot massage by walking through a short track of small stones arranged specifically to give you massages or for the Jacuzzi.
1500 hrs	Freshen up.

Liability:
Clients should note that an adventure trip involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the action of clients which are beyond our control. A signed release or Indemnity Form will be required from all participants from Ballzaction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd and our sports strategy partners.

Responsibility:
BallzAction and our partners reserve the right to make such alteration to departure and completion dates, reducing the extent of a trip, etc, that we deem necessary due to road, river or weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on a trip.

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential.Ballzaction Sportsmart Sdn Bhd and our partners reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running of the trip. "Pregnant women will be refused participation".

Indemnity Form:
Each participants is require to sign an indemnity form when requested by the tour guide before any trip commences.

Insurance:
Clients are advised to be insured, trip are excludes the insurance coverage. However, we encourage clients/participants to be insured. The particular we required from participants to submit is full name as in identity card, IC or Passport number. Maximum age limit is 60 years old and in good healthy with medical proof. Insurance can be provided at an extra cost on request.

Payment Condition:

Deposit 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, 20% of the deposit will be forfeited. Balance payment to be made in 7 working days prior to departure of trip or every Thursday before 5pm as the cut off date for any booking.
Payment should be by cash or cross cheque to Ballzaction bank account.
No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service without informing Ballzaction in advance with minimum 48 hours before the trip.
Postponement notice must be provided by BallzAction or our sport partner due to bad weather or high water in which high risks is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
Postponement notice from participants must be provided by fax or in writing within 2 working days prior to departure for day trip and 14 working days for multiple days trip to qualifiy for an alternative date. Maximum to one time postpone notice allowed from customers/participants. Insurance payment is non-refundable or transferable. Full refund will be entertained to participant who agreed and bound to our terms and conditions.
Once payment made. Participants will received a Confirmation Letter from Ballzaction. Only booking with confirmation letter consider as VALID booking (Please insist of Confirmation letter once you made the payment).

We pay 100% Money Back GUARANTEE to our clients. If you fulfill our payment and cancellation policy below. We will pay back full amount to you! We believe in trust and committed to our services to all our clients.

Cancellation:

Guest must forward a written notice within the following period:

14 (Fourteen) days prior to arrival: Full Refund

7 (Seven) days prior to arrival: Charge 20% from total package amount

2 (Two) days: Non Refundable

Insurance payment is non-refundable.

No show or UN-USED Service, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed.

Guest may have option to change current reserved schedule to other convenience date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or inadvisable to raft, we ('Ballzaction Sportsmart') and our partners reserve the right to change to another cave or river or cancel the tour to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, agreed by both parties. Full refund will be made against 'Ballzaction Sportsmart' to our clients who can't proceed to the next schedule for activities.
